The Art Of Conscious Domination and Submission

We are inviting you to a 2 day intensive to explore and investigate in a playful, conscious, and safe manner the world of POLARITY.

In a world governed by duality, the path to unity lays in the integration of both sides Feminine and Masculine, Yin and Yang, Soft and Hard, Submission and Dominance.

The aim of this workshops is to come into a deeper sense of awareness of oneness within our Psyche by re-patterning our MIND-BODY connection and learning how to authentically communicate our desires and boundaries from a place of Inner Authority.

We are combining tools from the ancient Japanese practice of knot tying and the cognitive approach where ropes are used as an instrument of communication.

Some of the questions we cover:

🎎 How to build trust and respect boundaries of each other
🎎 How to initiate without being pushy
🎎 How to own and express your desires
🎎 How to authentically communicate in an intimate setting
🎎 How to feel confident and safe in Dominating/Submissive game?
🎎 How to safely come out of from Victim into the position of Inner Authority
